After the first round of voting, a select final followed with various employers from Limburg. For ENJOB, it suddenly felt more serious than ever. The campaign was increased slightly, but it did not involve really exaggerated marketing budgets. Indeed, the basis — a genuine relationship with the region — had already been laid in the years before. After all, it was a matter of confidence that many of ENJOB's business and personal relationships were eager to help.

From surprise candidate to absolute winner

Not only colleagues, partners and customers continued to vote en masse, residents from the area also awarded ENJOB the victory. The concept of “showing who you really are and what you do for others” turned out to be a golden formula. And so ENJOB ended up on stage, surrounded by other leading companies, and received the title “Most Attractive Employer in Limburg 2024”.
