None of it was planned. There were no months of preparation, a strategic approach devised or even interest in the title. Nevertheless, without a commitment, an employee of the company decided to give up ENJOB as a candidate.
Although the registration came as a surprise, it was also taken seriously. We're going to do it, marketing department decided.

Winning votes

“If you participate, you want to win that too. Even if it's sporadic,” says one of the marketing staff. That feeling that there is a secret chance to make off with the title comes from somewhere. Sponsoring carnival clubs, local top athletes, starting entrepreneurs, events, sports clubs and so on. Over the years, ENJOB has collected a very extensive list of satisfied partners.

After the first round of voting, a select final followed with various employers from Limburg. For ENJOB, it suddenly felt more serious than ever. The concept of “showing who you really are and what you do for others” turned out to be a golden formula. And so ENJOB ended up on stage, surrounded by other leading companies, and received the title “Most Attractive Employer in Limburg 2024”.
